U.S. President Donald Trump once again criticized the withdrawal of American forces from Afghanistan during the G7 summit, saying that Washington may seek to reclaim military equipment left behind in the country.

Trump also claimed that “Afghanistan is begging us” to move closer to the United States. He described the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan as one of the major mistakes made by the previous administration.
