Nazira Azim Karimi, an Afghan journalist, said on the “Setara Ha” program that one of her wishes is to meet Hibatullah, the leader of the Taliban, in remarks that have been circulated on social media.

Her remarks have also drawn reactions from some viewers. Some users, referring to her statement, have suggested that Ms. Nazira may have meant that “Hibatullah does not exist,” and that this is why she described meeting him as a wish.
