An Afghan migrant in the Nasir Bagh area of Peshawar, Pakistan, allegedly shot and killed two of his sons with the assistance of another son.

According to Peshawar Police, preliminary investigations indicate that a verbal dispute first broke out between the father and his sons before escalating into an armed confrontation.

Police said the two victims, Noorullah and Bawar Khan, were taken to a hospital after being wounded in the shooting, but later died from the severity of their injuries.

Reports indicate that women and children of the family were also present in the house at the time of the incident, but were not harmed.

Local sources said the father and one of his sons fled the scene after the shooting. Police have launched a search operation to arrest the suspects, while investigations into the motive behind the incident remain ongoing.
