Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, said in his speech at the United Nations General Assembly that no country in the region can ensure its security alone.

Pezeshkian stated: “No one in the region will have security alone; either we will build security together, or we will endure insecurity together.”

In his speech, the Iranian president emphasized the need for cooperation among countries in the region and said Tehran does not seek war but will not surrender to what he called the “language of force.”

He also emphasized the importance of dialogue and cooperation to resolve regional crises and outlined the Islamic Republic of Iran’s positions on regional security, its nuclear program, and developments in the Middle East.

These remarks were made during Pezeshkian’s speech at the United Nations General Assembly.
